It is summer in Budapest, and as such, the influx of tourists has reached a crescendo. Not much to worry about really, but there is a small sub set of those, often on stag or hen parties, who have taken to riding on an open top bus around the city centre, listening to Sonique at ear splitting levels and dancing around like witless, whooping morons. If ever a situation waranted the use of a petrol bomb, it is this.

I feel particularly annoyed that I have to put up with these gurning tossers IN MY OWN STREET as they pass by. I’m not even sure what the point of these ‘whacky’ excursions are. The whole thing smacks of enforced fun, where you have to ‘ave a larf, or you’ll be seen as some sort of joyless arsehole.

If they are lucky, they’ll finish the night vomiting on their own trousers, having just shared a few febrile thrusts with some other gormless cretin. If they are unlucky, they will crash, and die, because none of them are wearing any seatbelts, or they’ll get the piss beaten out of them by a bouncer or a nazi. Or they’ll meet me with a petrol bomb.
